Miguel Vasquez had a fantastic meet as he won the 100 fly, swimming a career-best time of 50.89 to become the first Centenary male swimmer to win an individual title since 2014. He was also named the 2021 SCAC Men's Swimming & Diving Elite 19 award winner at the conclusion of the meet. Serret, Kaylin Swoboda, Mitchell Lulich, and Vasquez were each named All-SCAC.

Outside of his coaching responsibilities on the deck for NCAC, Langford had the opportunity to spend time at The United State Olympic Training Center where he attended the Diversity Camp and traveled to Tempe, Ariz. where he coached at the US Open Water National Championships. He also had been a coach at University of North Carolina swim camps from 2015-18.

Prior to moving to North Carolina, he coached for M.E. Lyons YMCA in Cincinnati where he coached multiple qualifiers to YMCA Summer and Winter Nationals.
