Senior forward Kyra Montes (Shreveport) scored a pair of goals this past weekend for the Ladies in two Southern Collegiate Athletic Association matches at home. Centenary edged Texas Lutheran, 2-1, on Friday and then lost a 2-1 heartbreaker in double overtime on Sunday to Southwestern. Both of Montes’s goals tied the respective matches and were her 10th and 11th of the season. Montes has 11 goals and 10 assists this season for a total of 32 points and also has four game-winning goals.
