Gents Lacrosse Announces the 2019 Schedule

SHREVEPORT, La. – Centenary Lacrosse and head coach CJ Seling announced the spring 2019 schedule Tuesday, January 15.

The schedule features nine regular season games, four of which will be played in Bossier City, Louisiana.

"For the season, our motto is simply 'Good, better, best. Never let it rest 'till your good is better and your better is best," said Coach Seling. "That is what we are striving for this season. We cannot wait for February 2 to get here and we can get out on the field."

Centenary will play home the first two weekends. On February 2, they will take on the University of Incarnate Word at Freedom Fields in Bossier City. The following weekend, the Gents will host Dallas Baptist and Southeastern Louisiana for an invitational. The Lions and Patriots square off on Saturday afternoon.

After three home games in the first two weekends, the Gents take on SCAC-foe Dallas on the road Saturday, February 23. The Gents host conference newcomer Johnson and Wales March 10 for their final home game.

To end the regular season, Centenary will play four road games. The Gents close out March with a road trip to southern Louisiana to take on Louisiana-Lafayette (March 15) and Tulane (March 16).
