Centenary (15-21, 12-10 SCAC) finished third in the regular season conference standings and is the third seed for the second time in three seasons.

The Ladies begin their tournament trek Friday afternoon against sixth seeded Dallas at 1:30 p.m. Earlier this season, the Ladies swept Dallas in Irving, Texas, en route to an 8-0 start to conference play. If the Ladies beat Dallas for the fifth time this season, they will take on second seeded Southwestern Friday night at 6:30 p.m. If Centenary falls to the Crusaders, they will take on either Texas Lutheran, Trinity, or Schreiner at 10 a.m. Saturday.

On the opposite side of the bracket from Centenary, defending SCAC Tournament Champion Texas Lutheran is the top seed. Schreiner, the fourth seed, takes on fifth seeded Trinity for the tournament opener Friday morning at 11 a.m. The winner of the match-up takes on Texas Lutheran at 4 p.m. Friday.

The 2019 season marked the first time Centenary Softball finished better than .500 in SCAC play and the 12 conference wins ties the 2017 team for the most SCAC wins in program history. The 12 conference wins is also the most since Centenary won 13 games in the Summit League during the 2009 season.
