HAMMOND, La. – Junior Centenary Ladies Soccer player and Shreveport native Kyra Montes added to her award haul. Released Saturday night, December 8, Montes received All-Louisiana First Team accolades. She becomes the first Ladies soccer player since Katie Valdez in 2009 to receive this honor.

SAN ANTONIO, Texas – The Ladies were able to dominate statistically, but an unlucky bounce led to a centering pass and goal by the Mountaineers early in the second overtime as Centenary (9-6) saw its season come to a close at the hands of Schreiner (5-9-3) 1-0 in double overtime in the first quarterfinal of the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference Tournament Friday, November 2.
LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. – In a vote of the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference head women’s soccer coach and released by the conference offices, Centenary (9-5) placed four members on the All-Conference team.
LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. – Announced Sunday afternoon, October 28, following the conclusion of the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference regular season, the Centenary Ladies Soccer team (9-5, 6-5 SCAC) claimed the fourth seed for the second consecutive season for the Conference Tournament. The tournament, originally scheduled for Austin College, was moved to San Antonio, Texas, because of the weather this fall.
DENVER – Apparently, Ladies Soccer has developed a pattern in close Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference games in 2018 of late goals in regulation to tie the game and the golden goal in overtime.
SHREVEPORT, La. – Centenary and Mississippi University for Women were able to get in a half before the skies opened up and washed out the game before it could become official. Both teams tallied a goal in the first half.

KANSAS City, Mo. – The United Soccer Coaches honored the Ladies Soccer team with the Team Academic Award for the 2017-18 academic year on Thursday, October 4. It was the first time either Centenary Soccer program has been recognized with this achievement.

Centenary Ladies and Gents Soccer takes to the road for their first Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference road trip Friday and Sunday, September 14 and 16. It will be the first road games overall for the Ladies (5-0, 3-0 SCAC) on the season. The Gents are 1-3-1 overall and 0-2-1 in conference play.
KERRVILLE, Texas – In the second meeting with the Mountaineers in less than a week, another penalty kick proves to be the game-winning goal for the Ladies.
