SEGUIN, Texas – The Ladies surrendered a trio of goals in the contest's first 10 minutes and the Bulldogs never looked back as Centenary (6-3, 4-3 Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference) fell at Texas Lutheran (2-4-1, 1-3 SCAC) 5-0 Sunday afternoon, September 30.
Freshman goalie Avery Sanderson played the second half and grabbed four saves on five shots faced. Sophomore Maggie Pitcher allowed four goals in the first half.
Texas Lutheran got on the scoreboard in the second minute when Bailey Nimtz scored directly off a corner. Monique Sierra for Texas Lutheran scored a pair of goals and added an assist.
