2018 Junior Season: Competed in six meets on bars… Recorded a season high of 9.450 on bars at the Texas Woman’s Quad February 25… Received Scholastic All-America honors from the Women’s Collegiate Gymnastics Association and Academic All-Conference honors from the Midwest Independent Conference.

2017 Sophomore Season: Only competition was competing on bars with an 8.150 in the first meet of the season at the Ozone Classic January 14... Named a Scholastic All-American by the National Association of Gymnastics Coaches... Also earned Midwest Independent Conference Academic All-Conference status.

2016 Freshman Season: Named an MIC Scholar Athlete.

Prior to Centenary: Competed for Bannons Gymnastix and head coaches Julian Gomez and Becky Munoz... Accomplishments include:

• Regional Qualifier 2012-2014
• Western National Qualifier 2014
• 2nd place on bars and beam at Level 9 Texas State Championships (2014)
• 3rd place All-Around at Level 9 Texas State Championships (2014)
• 2nd place on bars at Level 9 Region 3 Championships

Daughter of Melody Jackson and John Scates and is the sister of former Centenary gymnastics member, Allison... While a student at Harmony, was the Key Club historian, a member of the National Honor Society, an AP Scholar and a class representative... At Centenary, majoring in biology.
