Morgan Dorsey enters her fourth season as head coach of the Ladies soccer program in 2023. 

Dorsey was named the sixth head coach of the Ladies' program in April, 2020 and is 14-30-4 overall in her three seasons at the helm including an 8-17-3 mark in SCAC regular-season matches. She had a stellar debut season in 2020 as she led the Ladies to one of their most successful seasons in program history, as the Maroon and White finished 8-4 overall and 4-3 in SCAC play.

The Ladies set a Division III era (2011-present) single-season record for shutouts in a season with seven and finished the regular season allowing just five goals and outscoring their opponents, 20-5. Dorsey led the Ladies to a 4-10-2 overall mark and 2-3-2 record in SCAC play in 2021. 

Centenary finished 2-16-2 overall and 2-11-1 in SCAC play in 2022 but the Ladies allowed two goals or less in a game 12 times during the season, displaying their overall defensive ability.

Ladies' senior F Sydney Bascomb (Mesquite, Texas) finished her stellar career ranked ninth all-time in the division III era (2011-present) in goals (10), tied for first in assists (9), eighth in points (29), and third in game-winning goals (5). She scored three goals this past season and two of those came in conference play. She was a three-time member of the SCAC Student-Athlete Academic Honor Roll and a Geology major who played in 66 career matches and made 62 starts. She was named to the College Sports Communicators 2022 Academic All-District ®Team after the season. The 2022 Academic All-District® Women's Soccer Team, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the field and in the classroom. 

Senior MF/D Gabby McDonald (Pasadena, Texas) finished the season as the Ladies' leader in goals (4), points (10), and was tied for the team lead in assists (2) with senior F Avery Gilbert (League City, Texas). McDonald, like Bascomb, will finish her career as one of the best players in the D3 era as she amassed 13 career goals, seven assists, 33 points, and four game-winning goals. McDonald is tied for fourth in the D3 era in goals, tied for fourth in assists, tied for fourth in points, and tied for fourth in game-winning goals (4).

Dorsey was previously named head coach of the Centenary men's and women's cross country and track and field teams in July of 2019. She served as assistant coach for the Ladies' soccer program under former head coach Greg Cathell. Dorsey, a Chelmsford, Mass. native, is a graduate of Lyndon State College located in Lyndonville, Vermont in 2016 with a bachelor of science in liberal studies-psychology.

She served as head men's and women's track and field coach at Lyndon State from 2015 to 2017 producing four All-Conference athletes during her tenure. She was responsible for recruiting 21 new student-athletes to the team and managed all operational and fiscal activities for the sport.  Dorsey was also head women's soccer coach at Lyndon State from 2016 to 2017, where she recruited a strong class of ten new student-athletes and fostered a cumulative team GPA of 3.4.

Prior to entering the college coaching ranks, Dorsey served as head girls soccer coach at Esparto High School in Esparto, Calif., where she was named 2013-2014 co-coach of the year and led her team to the first conference championship in school history.
