Shreveport - The Centenary Dance Team was awarded a first-place finish in the AmeriDance virtual game day competition scored on November 16.

A two minute hip hop routine was submitted for the Leading Ladies and they received notable remarks for their synchronization, elements & skills, and suitability.

The team is set to take the stage on December 3 for its next competition at the Freedom Dance competition in Houston, Texas. 

The Leading Ladies had an impressive performance on Nov. 12 at the American Allstar Competition held at the Shreveport Convention Center. Centenary showed out at the first in-person competition of the season as they saw improved scores in their hip hop routine earning 8/10s in suitability and uniformity. The team also received positive marks for their strong motions and notable tricks.
