2020 Junior Season: Competed in all 10 of the Ladies' meets during the season on bars ... Finished with a season average score of 9.509 ... Earned a 9.725 score in the final meet of the season on March 6, setting a season and career best mark ... Named a Midwest Independent Conference scholar-athlete .... Named the recipient of the Sylvia Keiter Memorial Award, which honors one gymnast from the conference who best exemplifies character traits of former Centenary gymnast Sylvia Keiter, who was killed by a drunk driver in 2018. 

2019 Sophomore Season: Academic All-Conference selection … Tied for first on bars (9.625) versus Gustavus Adolphus on Feb. 3.

2018 Freshman Season: Received Second Team All-America accolades from USA Gymnastics for finishing with a season high 9.800 on bars at the USAG Championships April 13… Competed in 11 meets on the year on bars, also appearing on vault and floor… Took second on bars with a 9.750 at Illinois State March 4… Placed third on bars with a 9.525 against Alaska-Anchorage February 11… Has a season high on vault of 9.375 at the Midwest Independent Conference Championships March 23 and a 9.725 on floor at the Texas Woman’s Quad February 25.

Prior to Centenary: Competed for head coaches Amanda Cain, Annette Kaiser, and Judy Prestigiacomo at Georgia Gymnastics Academy... A regional qualifier from 2012-2017, won both on and in the all-around at the Atlanta Paw’s for a Cause Meet in 2017... At USA Gymnastic Region 8 Championships, finished sixth on vault, 15th on bars, and 17th on vault...Throughout her high school career achieved Honor Roll status and was a member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: Birthdate is February 3... Daughter of Anthony and Tracey Ponder, she has one brother, Antonius... Majoring in psychology with a minor in business.
