CARMEL, Ind. – The Heartland Collegiate Lacrosse Conference (HCLC) released the 2022 Men's Lacrosse All-Conference teams and award winners on Wednesday.

Centenary sophomore D Matthew Lulich (New Orleans, La.) was named to the second team and was the lone Gents' representative on the team. 

The Gents closed their 2022 season with a dominant 17-3 non-conference victory over the Warren Wilson College Owls on April 15 as they finished with four wins in the final five games. Centenary went 4-7 overall this season and finished 4-1 on the road this season. The Gents recorded a 16-12 win over the Huntingdon College Hawks on April 13 in Montgomery, Ala. and wasted no time in establishing a new season high in goals in the season finale, scoring a whopping 33 goals in the final two games.

Lulich, one of the conference's top defensive players, started all 11 games and recorded 27 ground balls (third on team), 17 caused turnovers, and one assist.
