Bennett eyes another victory this week as he hopes to add to his stellar resume and further cement himself as the top golfer in the division III era of the program. Bennett, who tied for the individual title at the Pinecrest Invitational earlier this month, now owns four-career outright wins, 11 top-five finishes, and 14 top-10 finishes in his impressive career. Bennett, the 2024 SCAC Individual Champion and Men's Golfer of the Year, also won the individual title at the Crusader Cup on Oct. 29. He was named the SCAC Men's Golfer of the Week following his win at the Hal Sutton and won it for the second week in a row after claiming the honor on March 12 after tying for first in the Pinecrest. The honor marked the third time that Bennett won as he also picked up the award on Oct. 30 after his victory at the Crusader Cup.
Snell, the 2024 SCAC Freshman of the Year, has followed up his impressive rookie season with a strong sophomore campaign. He began the Fall with a tie for eighth in the SCAC Preview, finished fifth in both the UMHB Invitational and Crusader Cup, and earned a top-25 finish in the Space City Classic and a 15th-place finish in the Pinecrest.

Crowder began her career with a 15th-place finish in the SCAC Preview in Whitney, Texas also in September while Thompson, Shaw, and Templeton all recorded top-50 finishes.
The Gents are back at the West Regional for the second time while the Ladies are making their debut in the event. Two seasons ago, the Gents recorded an eighth-place finish led by Bennett as he tied for 26th place after shooting a 21-over par 237 and Borchert tied for 32nd place at 23-over par 239.
