Shreveport– The Centenary lacrosse team fell 24-7 to the Colorado College Tigers in its season finale on Sunday afternoon at Mayo Field.

The Gents finished their campaign at 1-12 while the Tigers improved to 7-4. Senior A/MF Mark Temple (Houston, Texas) was honored in a postgame ceremony, an appropriate recognition for one of the program's best offensive players as he owns 44 career goals including a career single-season record 18 this season.

Freshman M Ethan Hewett (Bossier City, La.) scored three goals for the second game in a row and sophomore A G'Colby Spivey (Dallas, Texas) and senior M Jordan Cook (Bryant, Ark.) each scored two.

The Gents also received assists from sophomore MF Dominic Ogier (St. Louis, Mo.) and freshman D Thomas Jordan (Dallas, Texas) in addition to ones from Cook, Hewett, and Temple.

Junior Dylan Miller (Shreveport, La.) played all 60 minutes in goal for the Gents and made 15 saves.

The Tigers raced out to a 10-2 lead after one quarter and led 17-3 at halftime. The visitors then outscored the Gents 7-4 in the second half. Seven Tigers scored multiple goals each led by three from Quinn Gordon.
