Centenary fell 3-0 to the Southern Arkansas University Muleriders on Tuesday evening in a non-conference contest at the Gold Dome. Despite the loss to the division II Muleriders, the Ladies are still 12-8 over their last 20 home matches. The Ladies raced out to a 13-3 lead in the first set but a furious comeback by the visitors earned them a 26-24 win. The Muleriders then took set two, 25-21, and clinched the sweep with a 25-19 win in the third set.

Despite the loss, there were two individual milestones reached in the match as senior DS/L Jaycie Proctor (Paris, Texas) recorded her 1,000th career dig and finished with a team-high 12. She entered Tuesday's match ranked second in the conference in digs and 18th in the country in division III. Proctor now has 450 digs this season, good for the fourth-most in a single season in the division III era (2011-present) and has 1,004 in her career to rank fourth all-time in the D3 era.

Senior MB Liz Lowe (San Antonio, Texas) needed just one kill on Tuesday to reach 600 in her impressive career, as she did just that in the first set and finished with a team-leading 10 for the match as her 609 career kills are the seventh-most in the D3 era. Senior S/RS Rachel Demerjian (Glendora, Calif.) topped 1,000 career digs last weekend in Sherman, Texas and finished Tuesday's match with a team-high 14 assists to go with one kill and one block assist.

Freshman S Meadow Smith (Mansfield, Texas) had 13 assists, five digs and one kill and sophomore OH/DS Kiara Liedy (Sugar Land, Texas) added seven digs and one service ace. Sophomore RS Jaylin St. Martin (New Orleans, La.) recorded seven kills, five digs, and a team-best three aces. The Ladies totaled 38 digs, 31 kills, 30 assists, and seven aces on the night.
