Thackerville, Okla. – The Centenary women's golf team finished its action in the abbreviated Crusader Invitational on Tuesday hosted by the University of Dallas at the WinStar Golf Club.

The Ladies' final tournament of the fall was shortened to just 18 holes due to inclement weather. The original schedule called for 18 holes and a final 18 on Tuesday but the weather did not cooperate, as Monday saw no action.

Junior Madison Wing (Bossier City, La.) and freshman Kaylee Roberts (Watonga, Okla.) both played as individuals as Centenary did not record a team score. Wing shot a 48-over par 120 to finish 57th and the rookie Roberts was just behind her in 58th place after shooting a 50-over par 122.

Our Lady of the Lake shot a 43-over par 331 to win the team title by six shots over Concordia (TX). ETBU's Emily Watson won the individual title at 7-over par 79. Four players tied for second place at 8-over 80 and three other golfers finished within two shots of second.

Centenary was back in action for the first time since Oct. 4 when the Maroon and White began the season in the Tempest Intercollegiate in Gladewater, Texas. Wing finished in 45th place at 61-over par 205 while Roberts place 48th at + 107 – 251 at the Tempest.
