Centenary has four games remaining on its seven-game game west coast road trip. Claremont-Mudd-Scripps improved to 7-2 this season with Monday's win.

Ludwick, Ben Bridges, and Robinson delivered RBI hits in the top of the seventh to cut the deficit to 6-4, but Claremont-Mudd-Scripps responded immediately with three runs of its own in the bottom half to extend the lead to the final margin of 9-4.
