Johnathan Brantley and Malik Preston Join Football Staff

Shreveport – The Centenary football program has added two staff members as Johnathan Brantley and Malik Preston have been named assistant coaches for the Gents, Director of Athletics and Recreation David Orr announced.

Brantley will serve as Secondary Coach/Special Teams Coordinator while Preston will coach the Linebackers and will serve as the Assistant DC under the leadership of head coach Byron Dawson.

The Gents will face East Texas Baptist University in a scrimmage at home on Thursday, Aug. 24 at 6:30 p.m. as fans and local media can get their first glimpse of the Maroon and White at Mayo Field.
