Huskey Jr. scored in the 69th minute to put Centenary ahead 2-1 with the assist credited to Mondragon and then just a few minutes later, Mondragon found the net with Hughes assisting to make it 3-1 Gents at the 73:15 mark. Tarr capped the scoring in the 78th minute with Hughes assisting for a 4-1 lead.

Freshman GK Sebastian Lutin (Fort Worth, Texas) started for the second time in a row for the Gents after making his collegiate debut on Saturday. He played all 90 minutes and made one save. Braden Ross also went the distance in goal for the Hawks and made four saves.
