Conway, Ark. – The Centenary swimming team will participate in the Hendrix Relays this evening at 6 p.m. and the Hendrix Classic on Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Bob Courtway Pool in Conway.
Centenary opened its 2019-20 season last month with a sweep of Millsaps in a dual meet on the road.
The women won, 94-70 and the men won by a count of 61-47. The meet was the first hosted by Millsaps in program history as swimming was recently added as a sport by the Majors. Centenary claimed victories in 17 of 26 total events.
Millsaps will make the return trip to Shreveport and be the opponent for The Maroon and White's home opener on Nov. 8 in a meet set for 5 p.m. Centenary will then host the annual Alumni/Intrasquad Meet on Nov. 9 at 11 a.m. #GoCentenary #CTheOpportunity
