This series kicked off on March 1, 2023, hosted by Marco Hinojos (Mexico) and Noelia Noirgean (Argentina).
The event featured women coaches from six countries sharing their experiences and insights about their careers, mentorship, and Title IX, among other topics.

McDonough-Turnipseed completed her fourth season as head coach of the Ladies program and also serves as the head coach of the Men's Competitive Club Volleyball team which is in its third season.
