Shreveport - The Centenary softball schedule for this week and the coming weekend has been affected by weather and the changes are below.
The Ladies (2-3) were scheduled to face Hendrix this afternoon in a doubleheader in Conway, Ark. but those games have been postponed. Centenary was then scheduled to be in Baton Rouge this weekend for a tournament at Southern University along with Jarvis Christian, but weather has cancelled the event. Jarvis Christian will now come to the Centenary Softball Complex for a non-conference doubleheader on Saturday with games set for 12:30 and 2:30 p.m.
The Ladies split a non-conference doubleheader with the Pacific University Boxers last Saturday at home, winning game one by a score of 6-5 and dropping a tough game two, 8-4. Centenary posted a thrilling 4-3 walk-off win over UT-Dallas on Feb. 9 at home.
