Shreveport - The Centenary football team will play its second exhibition contest of the fall on Saturday evening when the Gents face the Louisiana Community Christian College Huskies at 6 p.m. at Evangel Christian Academy.

The Gents recorded an impressive 34-27 victory over the Mary Hardin-Baylor JV squad on Monday evening at Castleberry High School in Fort Worth, Texas.
Centenary competed in a pair of scrimmages last month at Millsaps and at home against ETBU. Both were part situational style followed by a live scrimmage for two quarters. The game against UMHB was the first of nine four-quarter games to end the season.
The Gents will also play John Melvin University at Evangel on Saturday, Sept. 16 at 6 p.m. and the Haywood Crusaders on Saturday the 30th (1 p.m.) at Evangel.
Ticket prices for adults are $10, children $5, and Centenary students, faculty and staff are admitted FREE of charge with Centenary school ID.
