The Centenary baseball team fell 10-9 in 11 innings to the Schreiner University Mountaineers in the rubber game of a three-game weekend series in Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference play at Shehee Stadium.

Shreveport - The Centenary baseball team fell 10-9 in 11 innings to the Schreiner University Mountaineers in the rubber game of a three-game weekend series in Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference play at Shehee Stadium.
The Diamond Gents (9-11, 5-7 SCAC) and Mountaineers (6-15, 4-11 SCAC) split a doubleheader on Saturday as Centenary took game one by a score of 13-1 in seven innings and fell 9-4 in game two.
Centenary hits the road next weekend in league play to face Concordia University (17-5, 10-5 SCAC) with the series opener set for Friday at 6 p.m. followed by a DH on Saturday at 1 and 4 p.m.
