Baseball Game Suspended With Series To Resume Sunday At Off-Campus Site
Game two of the Centenary baseball teams' Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference doubleheader versus Texas Lutheran University was suspended due to weather in the top of the eighth inning on Friday evening with the Diamond Gents trailing the Bulldogs 3-1 at Shehee Stadium.
Shreveport - Game two of the Centenary baseball teams' Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference doubleheader versus Texas Lutheran University was suspended due to weather in the top of the eighth inning on Friday evening with the Diamond Gents trailing the Bulldogs 3-1 at Shehee Stadium.
The game will resume on Sunday at Noon and will be played at Red River High School in Coushatta, La. The third and final game of the series will follow immediately after game two is over. The Bulldogs (1-0, 1-0 SCAC) won the series opener over Centenary (2-2, 0-1 SCAC) by a score of 7-4 on Friday afternoon.
