The Ladies (2-14, 1-7 SCAC) aim to snap a five-game losing streak and improve upon their 1-6 road record this season. The Mountaineers (3-14, 1-7 SCAC) have lost three games in a row and are 2-6 on their home court this season. Schreiner leads the all-time series with Centenary, 10-4, and won both meetings between the teams last season. Centenary's road trip concludes on Sunday afternoon in San Antonio as the Ladies face Trinity University at 4 p.m.
The Ladies are averaging 55.2 PPG, shooting 32.0 % from the floor, 17.1 % from beyond the arc, 67.9 % from the free-throw line, and average 38.4 rebounds/game.

Phillips averaged 13.5 PPG last weekend for the Ladies in road games against Colorado College and the University of St. Thomas and scored a team-high 19 points against the Celts on Sunday as she reached double figures for the seventh time this season. She grabbed a game-high nine rebounds as she just missed a double-double and added two assists and a steal. Phillips shot 45.8 % from the floor in the two games and 83.3 % from the FT line with 12 rebounds, two assists, and a steal. Phillips has established herself as one of the top rookies in the conference as she ranks third in the SCAC in rebounding and is 12th in scoring, fourth in free-throw % (84.0) and 14th in FG % (45.3).
Rivera is the Ladies' second-leading scorer this season (10.8 PPG) and ranks in the top 20 in the league. She also averages 4.5 rebounds/game, has eight double-digit and is tied for fifth in the league in steals per game. She has topped 20 points twice this season and scored a season-best 22 against Southwestern on Jan. 17 at home. The rookie shoots 35.0 % from the floor and 38.5 % from the 3-point line this season
Junior F Layla Powell (Fort Worth, Texas) averages 7.6 PPG, has reached double figures six times and is one of the league's top free-throw shooters (79.2 %) as she ranks ninth. Freshman F Anaya Yunusah (New Orleans, La.) averages 5.9 PPG and 3.6 rebounds/game and has five double-digit scoring games this season. Junior G Amiyah Barrow (Baton Rouge, La.) is averaging 5.5 PPG and has reached double digits four times.

The Mountaineers lost a pair of games on the road last weekend, to Concordia University and McMurry University. Their last win came on Jan. 17, a 73-66 win at Austin College.

The Tigers are 10-7 overall and 6-2 in league play this season and will face the University of the Ozarks on Friday before the matchup with the Ladies.
The head coach of the Tigers is Cameron Hill, in his 13th season.
The Tigers won both the SCAC Regular Season Championship and SCAC Tournament title last season, winning the tournament for the fourth-straight season.
