Jackson, Miss. - The Centenary men's basketball team returns to action on Sunday as the Gents will face the Millsaps College Majors in a non-conference contest set for 4 p.m. at the Hangar Dome.

The Gents (3-2) are back on the court following a 67-61 loss to the Texas College Steers on Tuesday. Millsaps (0-5) seeks its first win of the season and was last in action on Sunday, falling 79-70 to DePauw University. Centenary defeated Millsaps, 65-54, last season at home.
Centenary averages 81.0 PPG and shoots 44 % from the field as a team. The Gents average 32.8 rebounds per game, shoot 36.3 % from beyond the arc, and 67.2 % from the free throw line. Senior F Seth Thomas (Kilgore, Texas) is the Gents' leading scorer this season, averaging 17.0 PPG. Junior F Jakobi Greenleaf (Houston, Texas) also averages double figures (11.8 PPG) and has reached double figures in four of five games this season.
Thomas is the Gents' leading rebounder, averaging 6.8/game and leads the way in assists (3.6/game) and steals (2.0/game). Freshman F Khristian Wilkerson (Killeen, Texas) is Centenary's leading shot blocker at 0.6/game.
Sophomore G Dalyn Davis (Natchitoches, La.) has been hot lately, scoring 16 points in each of his last two games, tying his season and career single-game high, to lead the Gents on Nov. 20 in a 90-86 home win over Arlington Baptist and in Tuesday's loss to Texas College. He averages 7.2 PPG, shoots 38.7 % from the field and an impressive 91.7 from the FT line.
The Maroon and White stay in Jackson as they will play the Belhaven University Blazers on Monday the 27th at 6 p.m.
