Houston- The Centenary softball team split a doubleheader in Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference play versus the University of St. Thomas Celts on Saturday, falling 2-1 in game one and taking game two, 6-5, at the West University Softball Association fields.
The series between the Ladies (14-18, 7-13 SCAC) and Celts (21-13, 13-7 SCAC) concludes on Sunday at Noon. Live stats and live video are available for the game at the links below:

Centenary's win in game two clinched a berth in the 2022 SCAC Championship next weekend in Irving, Texas as the Ladies secured a spot in the conference championship for the sixth-straight time.
Sophomore RF Mackenzie Cox (Alexandria, La.) made history as she tied the division III era (2012-present) for stolen bases in a single season (32) with two swipes on Saturday. She now has 53 career stolen bases which is the most all-time in the D3 era in a career.
