Baseball Swept In Saturday DH At Nationally-Ranked Trinity
The Centenary baseball team was swept in a Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference doubleheader on Saturday by the nationally-ranked Trinity University Tigers, falling 6-1 in game one and 18-7 in seven innings in game two at Trinity Baseball Field.

San Antonio – The Centenary baseball team was swept in a Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference doubleheader on Saturday by the nationally-ranked Trinity University Tigers, falling 6-1 in game one and 18-7 in seven innings in game two at Trinity Baseball Field.
The Diamond Gents (14-19, 10-14 SCAC) also fell 13-2 in seven innings on Friday night in the series opener as the No. 10 Tigers (26-7, 21-3 SCAC) swept the weekend set.
Centenary is back home next weekend for its final conference home series of the season as the Diamond Gents will face the University of Dallas on Friday and Saturday.
