Georgetown, Texas – The Centenary women's basketball team returns to the court for the first time in 12 days on Friday evening as the Ladies face the Southwestern University Pirates in a Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference contest set for 5:30 p.m. at the Robertson Center.

The Ladies (0-11, 0-2 SCAC) have not played since a 74-57 loss at home to Schreiner on Dec. 4. Southwestern (5-4, 2-0 SCAC) enters Friday's game on a three-game winning streak. The Pirates won both games versus the Ladies last season, 76-63 at the Gold Dome and then 58-49 on their home court.

Centenary sophomore G Alana Jones (Shreveport, La.) currently ranks second in the conference and is the team leader in rebounding, averaging 10.1 PPG and is the Ladies' third leading scorer (8.9 PPG). Jones had eight points against Schreiner with a game high 13 rebounds, 10 coming on the defensive end. She now has four double-digit rebounding performances this season and just missed her third double-double this season. She played 39 minutes, went 2-2 at the free throw line and added a team-best four assists with two steals and a pair of blocked shots.

Freshman G Olivia Sepulvado (Zwolle, La.) led the Ladies against the Mountaineers with a career-high 16 points on 6-13 shooting in 30 minutes. She reached double figures for the second time this season and added seven rebounds, matching her season high. She had two steals, an assist, and a blocked shot and went 3-4 at the free throw line. She is averaging 5.0 PPG, 3.6 rebounds per game, 1.5 assists per game and 1.0 steals per game this season.

Freshman G Brailey Major (Opelousas, La.) scored 13 against Schreiner, her second double-digit performance of the season, and added 10 rebounds for her first-career double-double. She was a perfect 6-6 at the free throw line and hit one trey. Major is averaging 6.7 PPG and 4.8 rebounds/game this season. Sophomore G Dymon Drumgo (Alexandria, La.) and freshman G Amiyah Barrow (Baton Rouge, La.) each scored 10 Drumgo was 5-10 from the floor in 17 minutes before fouling out and added two rebounds and an assist. Drumgo averages 8.7 PPG and 5.1 rebounds/game. Barrow played 39 minutes and was 6-8 at the free throw line with six rebounds, two assists, and two steals. She reached double figures for the fifth time this season and for the fourth time in the last five games. Barrow is second on the team in scoring (9.3 PPG) and averages 4.1 rebounds/game along with 1.6 assists per game and 1.3 steals per game.

The Ladies complete their weekend with another SCAC contest at Texas Lutheran on Saturday, Dec. 17 at 2 p.m.
