Senior Devan Martin (Watson, La.) finished 37th at 41-over par 257 and junior Tyler Jones (Stonewall, La.) finished in a tie for 38th place at 44-over par 260. The Gents are coming off of a 10th-place finish last week in The Visit Florence/Shoals Intercollegiate at the par-72, 7,165-yard Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail "Fighting Joe" Course in Muscle Shoals, Ala. Bennett was the Gents' top finisher in the tournament as he shot a 4-over par 220 to tie for 12th place. He fired a 1-under par 71 in Tuesday's final round preceded by an even-par 72 on Monday and a 5-over par 77 in Sunday's opening round. Bennett now has one individual win, two top-five finishes, and a top-15 finish this season.
