Richmond, Ind. – The Centenary lacrosse team will face the Earlham College Quakers in a non-conference contest on Wednesday set for 4:30 p.m. inside Darrell Beane Stadium.

The Gents (1-6) fell 13-5 to the Point University Skyhawks at home on Saturday in their most recent action while the Quakers (3-3) lost 9-5 at Beloit College on March 11. Earlham is 1-0 at home this season and aims to snap a two-game losing streak on Wednesday while the Gents have also lost two in a row as they fell 20-7 to Hendrix College at home on March 13.

Sophomore A G'Colby Spivey (Dallas, Texas) is the Gents' leading goal-scorer this season with 17 and senior M Jordan Cook (Bryant, Ark.) is next with 13. Senior A/MF Mark Temple (Houston, Texas) has scored 12 and freshman M Ethan Hewett (Bossier City, La.) has found the net seven times.

Junior Dylan Miller (Shreveport, La.) and set a program single-game record with 30 saves against Hendrix and had 15 more last Saturday against the Skyhawks/ Miller, who has started five games, has 87 saves this season.

Sophomore MF Dominic Ogier (St. Louis, Mo.) is the team leader in assists with 11 and scored a goal against Point as he has two this season. Spivey's 21 points lead the team, Cook has 18, Temple 14, and Ogier has 12.

Wednesday marks the third all-time meeting between the Gents and Quakers as each has won one game. Earlham won 14-12 in Shreveport last season and the Gents defeated the Quakers 11-7 in Richmond in the 2022 season.

Centenary's game on Wednesday is the first of five-consecutive road games this month. The Gents will face Trine University in Angola, Ind. on Friday at 2 p.m.
