Softball's DH Versus Lyon Cancelled And Games Added Versus TAMTU
The Centenary softball teams' non-conference doubleheader versus Lyon College scheduled for Sunday at home has been cancelled and will not be made up as weather continues to impact the Ladies' early-season schedule.
Shreveport – The Centenary softball teams' non-conference doubleheader versus Lyon College scheduled for Sunday at home has been cancelled and will not be made up as weather continues to impact the Ladies' early-season schedule.
The Ladies' non-conference DH against Belhaven University that was scheduled to be played at home on Saturday was previously postponed and will be made up on Tuesday, April 1 at 1 and 3 p.m.
Centenary, instead of facing Lyon, will play the Texas A&M-Texarkana Eagles in Hooks, Texas in a DH on Sunday at 1 and 3 p.m.
The Ladies (2-0) opened their season with a doubleheader sweep over the Millsaps College Majors in non-conference action this past Saturday at the Centenary Softball Complex.
Centenary won game one by a score of 4-3 in nine innings and then won 10-3 in game two.
