The Ladies (1-8-2, 0-2 SCAC) aim to snap a four-game losing streak on Friday in what is the first of four-consecutive road matches. The Crusaders (3-7-1, 1-1 SCAC) beat Schreiner 5-0 on the road in their last match on Sunday in Kerrville, Texas. Dallas is 1-4-1 at home this season while the Ladies are 0-3.

Centenary dropped a pair of matches at home last weekend, 1-0 to Texas Lutheran and 6-0 to Southwestern. The Ladies defeated the Crusaders 1-0 at home last season and the teams finished in a 1-1 tie in Irving in the regular-season finale. Dallas leads the all-time series 10-8-1 but the Maroon and White have had success lately, going 7-4-1 over the last eight seasons.

Centenary junior GK Madison Ersoff (Shreveport, La.) enters Friday's action ranked second in the conference in saves (80) and seventh in goals against average (GAA) at 1.64. Ersoff, who made a career-high 13 saves against TLU last Friday, made eight more against Southwestern.

Ersoff now ranks third all-time in the division III era (2011-present) in career saves (181) and she has recorded three shutouts this season and four in her career. She has recorded five+ saves in a match nine times this season and was named the SCAC Defensive Player of the Week on Sept. 18.

About the Crusaders:

Dallas has scored 11 goals this season, led by three from junior MF Britney Zapata.

Freshman GK Ella Charles has made eight starts and ranks seventh in the conference in saves (25) and fifth in GAA (1.48).

The Crusaders' lone home win this season came against Hendrix, 4-2, on Sept. 17.

Dallas' first three league matches have all been on the road. Prior to the Crusaders' shutout win at Schreiner last Sunday they lost 2-0 at Austin College on Sept. 29 and 2-0 at Trinity on Oct. 6.

Looking ahead:

The Ladies will wrap up their weekend with a match at Austin College (5-5-1, 1-1 SCAC) on Sunday in Sherman, Texas at Noon. Austin College faces the University of St. Thomas at home on Friday.
