West Chester, Pa. – Freshman Olivia Williams (Cape Coral, Fla.) was named a First-Team All-American following her appearance in the finals at last weekend's 2024 USA Gymnastics Women's Collegiate National Championships held at West Chester University.
The sensational rookie Williams finished 13th on floor in the 2024 USA Gymnastics Women's Collegiate National Championships on April 14 with a 9.66 inside Hollinger Field House on the campus of West Chester University. Williams put a cap on her outstanding rookie season for the Maroon and White after recording a career-high 9.75 on floor on April 12 to qualify for the event finals.
The top finisher from each school earned a spot in the finals along with the top eight finishers in each event. Williams' previous career high on floor was a 9.725 last month in the Midwest Independent Conference Championships. Williams finished 16th in Friday's action.
