Athlete of the Week:
Offensive
John Mark Waniewski (Bossier City, La.) Centenary College | Attack | Senior - Waniewski scored a team-high five goals in the Gents' 12-8 loss to Cornell College on Saturday in their home opener. The senior finished just two goals shy of his single-game career high of seven and recorded his fifth multi-goal performance in the last two season. He found the net five times in the 11 shots he took.
 
Notable Performances:

• Zach Stone (Elizabethtown, Ky.) Hanover College | Attack | Junior - Stone led the Panthers as part of their season-opener with Centre. The junior netted two goals on four shots with three ground balls.
