Hey Ladies Fans!

Believe it or not, it's your SENIOR Rose Deshler here with this week's Gym Talk! To end the summer and kick off the new school year, we had a fantastic family and team dinner at our assistant athletic director Jackie's house. The Ladies played yard games and talked about the start of the school year. The first week of school is always packed full! We started with our compliance meetings and physicals, and then hit the ground running with a full week of practices. During open gyms and conditioning, the Ladies have been focusing on their strength, upgrades, and details. Shout out to freshmen Sophie Schmitz and Olivia Stratmann for catching their major releases!

                Aside from practice this week, the Ladies had a informative workshop zoom meeting with Molly Grisham last Thursday. Molly is an experienced workshop facilitator and executive coach with a unique and effective approach to leadership development. Not only did she work with us on leadership, but she helped us understand our relationships with our teammates and coaches on a deeper level. Thank you so much Molly for working with our team again this school year!
