Shreveport – The Centenary volleyball team will face the Louisiana Christian University Wildcats in a non-conference contest on Tuesday evening set for 6 p.m. at the Gold Dome.

The Ladies (7-13) swept the Williams Baptist University Eagles in non-conference action on Saturday at home, which marked win number 100 for Ladies' head coach Ashley McDonough. She is also now just three wins away from becoming the all-time winningest coach in program history.

The Ladies, back on their home court for the first time since a sweep over Tougaloo College back on Sept. 27, improved to 5-2 at home this season with four sweeps.

Centenary won the first set, 25-16, took set two 25-22, and clinched the match with a dominant 25-8 win in set three. The Ladies totaled 57 digs, 35 kills, 27 assists, and 10 aces and recorded their top hitting percentage in set three (.385) with 11 kills and just one error in 26 total attacks.

The Ladies and Wildcats (11-6) are meeting for the second time this season after the Maroon and White lost 3-1 to LC in Pineville last month. Centenary lost for just the second time in nine meetings in the series and had won two in a row against the Wildcats. LC enters Tuesday's action winners of two in a row and in five of its last six matches.

Centenary has 641 assists, 115 service aces, 27 solo blocks, 1,069 digs, and 706 kills. The Maroon and White are averaging 10.23 kills per set, 9.29 assists/set, 1.14 blocks/set, 1.67 aces/set, and 15.49 digs/set. The Ladies have a .139 hitting % with 359 errors in 2,490 total attacks.

Smith's 496 assists are the fourth-most in the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference and she is also second on the team in digs (183) and has 33 kills and eight total blocks. She averages 7.19 assists per set and 2.65 digs/set.

Canady also has 44 digs, 11 assists, six aces and Liedy has 25 aces (second on team), 36 assists, and one kill. Henderson is in the midst of a solid rookie season as she has recorded 86 kills, 13 digs, two assists, and two aces. St. Martin has tallied 173 digs (third on team), 21 total blocks, 19 aces (tied for third on team), and six assists.  

Senior MB/OH Robin Lemelle (Liberty, Texas) has 120 digs (fifth on team), 68 kills, eight blocks, three assists, and two aces, sophomore DS/L Daly Nagot (Benton, La.) has had an impressive all-around season as she has totaled 139 digs (fourth on team), 19 aces (tied for second on team), 26 assists (fourth on team), and four kills.

Freshman RS/S Victoria Larson (Royse City, Texas) has 67 kills, 45 assists, 24 digs, and 12 total blocks, freshman OH/DS Mackenzie Haley (Orange, Texas) has 71 kills, 52 digs, six blocks, four assists and two aces, and senior OH Madison Schonberg (Harbor City, Calif.) has recorded 34 kills, nine digs, two blocks, and one assist. Freshman MB/OH Reign McArthur (Midlothian, Texas) has 16 kills, 13 total blocks, two assists and an ace and freshman S/DS Hannah Dimmel (Navasota, Texas) has added 15 digs, seven aces, and five assists.
