Ladies Swept By Colorado College On Sunday
The Centenary volleyball team was swept by the Colorado College Tigers in a Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference match on Sunday afternoon inside the Maher Athletic Center.
Irving, Texas - The Centenary volleyball team was swept by the Colorado College Tigers in a Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference match on Sunday afternoon inside the Maher Athletic Center.
The Ladies (1-19, 0-11 SCAC) and Tigers (15-8, 10-2 SCAC) were playing a makeup match on the campus of the University of Dallas originally scheduled for Oct. 19 in Colorado Springs. The Tigers swept Dallas earlier in the day before sweeping the Ladies.
The Tigers took set one, 25-10, then claimed set two 25-9, and closed out the match in set three, 25-12. The Ladies finished with 19 digs, 11 kills, 11 assists, one solo block, and one service ace while the Tigers tallied 42 digs, 40 kills, 36 assists, and eight aces.

The Ladies will step out of conference play on Tuesday for a pair of matches as they are set to face both East Texas Baptist University (3 p.m.) and LeTourneau University (7 p.m.).
