Hey Ladies fans! It's your freshman Rose Deshler back with this week's Gym Talk!! 

The Ladies have had another great week!

Big shout out to coach Mo, Vaughn and Marisa for standing in at practice while coach Jackie was taking care of outside business. The Ladies really focused and practiced hard this week Tuesday and Wednesday, despite coach Jackie not being present at our practices.  We then traveled to Denton, Texas Thursday night for our competition against TWU, Arkansas and LSU on Friday. 

On Friday we had a healthy breakfast and a fabulous lunch at an alumni's house! Shout out to Mack Packs mom, Mrs. Karen for hosting us and making us a delicious meal before our meet! 

The Ladies started out on floor and finished on beam! We had a solid meet, not counting any falls.  We are peaking at the right time and are looking forward to our continued improvement as we finish up this season. Shout outs going to so many of my teammates: Kendall Huff for getting her career high vault of a 9.65 with her beautiful yurchenko full, to Jerrica and Cami for tying their career highs on floor, Si~Si for a season high on bars and Sanders for a season high on floor!  It was a good day with the Ladies posting our second highest score of the season. We had another fabulous meet and are already excited for this weekend at SEMO!
