SHREVEPORT, La. – Centenary and Mississippi University for Women were able to get in a half before the skies opened up and washed out the game before it could become official. Both teams tallied a goal in the first half.

Centenary struck first in the opening minute when junior Kyra Montes found classmate Olivia Jackson. The Owls answered in the 20th minute with a goal from Caroline Grafe.

Because the game did not make it to the at least the 70th minute, the stats do not count. The game will not be made up.

Centenary is back in action Tuesday night, October 16, at Dallas. Kickoff in Irving, Texas, is scheduled for 7 p.m.
