Campers who attend one or more of the camps will have the benefit of working with Centenary Head Basketball Coaches Justin LeBlanc and Adam Walsh, as well as current Maroon and White basketball players.

Both Walsh and LeBlanc are no stranger to coaching success in their time at Centenary.

On the Gents coaching staff as an assistant from 2010-2015, LeBlanc just completed his first season as the head coach of the Ladies program. LeBlanc made an impact from the first contest, guiding the Ladies to a 23-point halftime lead and a 24-point win in the season opener, the biggest season-opening victory in 11 seasons. The Maroon and White finished the season 9-17 and 3-13 in Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference action, qualifying for the conference tournament for the first time in two seasons. On January 29, the Ladies blitzed Southwestern, 65-48, for their first victory against the Pirates in program history.

The nine wins in the 2015-16 season for the Ladies ties the 2001-02 squad for the most wins since the 1982-83 campaign.

For Walsh, The honors achieved by the Gents under his tutelage are staggering the past four seasons: Three Conference Players of the Year, three Newcomers of the Year, four All-Americans, five All-District selections, 16 All-Conference honors, and 16 SCAC Player of the Week recognitions.

The three consecutive Player and Newcomer (Freshman) Player of the Year honors from 2013-15 is the first time in NCAA men's basketball history that feat has been accomplished.

Those are just the individual honors. In 2014-15, the Centenary College men's basketball team claimed its first conference title in 25 years.

Walsh holds a 72-86 record in his six seasons with the Gents, including a 71-57 record after a 1-29 mark his first season in 2010-2011.
