Gents soccer finishes season with loss to #16 Colorado College

IRVING, Texas - The Gents managed to the first shot on target, but the Tigers were able to score in quick succession as Centenary (4-15, 2-12 Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference) fell to #16 Colorado College (13-2-3, 11-1-2 SCAC) 8-0 Saturday afternoon.

After an early corner kick by Colorado College, senior Michael Pullano put a shot on goal in the sixth minute.

Tim Huettel responded with a pair of goals in three minutes as Colorado College opened up a 2-0 lead in the 14th minute. Huettel finished the game with two goals and two assists. Max Grossenbacher added a pair of penalty kick goals. Tommy Riley also scored a pair of goals.

Sophomore Kaleb Behm (1-3) allowed eight goals and grabbed nine saves. Theo Hooker (13-2-3) claimed the win for Colorado College, playing the first 70 minutes of the game and tallied a pair of saves.
