Soccer Announces Summer Camps

SHREVEPORT, La. - Centenary College is pleased to announce numerous soccer camps to take place in summer 2016.

Established in 1986, Centenary Soccer Camps is a complete soccer academy for boys and girls 18 years and younger.

According to camp directors David Orr (Ladies head coach), Emmett Rutkowski (Gents head coach) and Glenn Evans (Ladies assistant coach): "The Centenary College Men's and Women's Soccer programs have had tremendous success of the last 30 years. As we prepare for our 31st year of Centenary Soccer Camps, we are excited about the 2016 summer. We are committed to making the players' camp experience first class, with high-level training and individual instruction. It is this attention to detail when training players that separates the Centenary Soccer Camps experience from others. We bring in staff from across the region to put together a week of quality training. At the same time, we are committed to making the camp affordable and fun. We hope you will come and join us for a week of camp.

Camps offered will be an Advanced Youth Camp June 6-9 (ages 5-9), a Goalkeeper Academy (10-18), a Lil' Booteers Camp (ages 4-8), a Day Camp (ages 8-12), a Team Camp (ages 8-11), a Residential Camp (ages 11-18)and a Full Day Camp (ages 10-18). The camps will focus on increased dexterity skillsets, better ball skills, improved flexibility and range of motion, correct footwork application and improved decision-making capabilities.
